Context

What was actually happening.

Business context

MOURI is a skincare retailer operating across Wari, Gulshan and Uttara with Shopify supporting its commerce and customer data. The business already had meaningful customer volume, but retail, ecommerce and advertising needed a more connected view.

Challenge

The core challenge was not simply generating more traffic. Paid media performance, branch sales, ecommerce behaviour and an existing customer database needed to be understood together so marketing decisions could be tied more closely to commercial performance.

What we built

The system around the problem.

01Paid media planning and performance review
02Shopify commerce and conversion analysis
03Customer database and segmentation thinking
04Branch and ecommerce sales analysis
05Retention and reactivation opportunities
06Commercial reporting and growth planning

Approach

Why we made these choices.

We approached the account through the full retail journey: review paid acquisition, inspect Shopify and POS signals, understand the existing customer base, identify where campaigns were leaking, and look for reactivation opportunities instead of treating every sale as a new-customer problem.

Result

What changed.

The work created a clearer operating view of where paid media, ecommerce and retail performance needed to connect. It also shifted the growth conversation toward customer data, retention and commercial analysis rather than relying only on campaign-level metrics.

A clearer bridge between marketing activity, customer data and retail performance across branches and ecommerce.
