Context

What was actually happening.

Business context

Dentestha is a dental clinic working across general dentistry and higher-value treatments such as aligners. The engagement expanded beyond social content into paid acquisition, web experiences, CRM and follow-up so patient enquiries could be handled as one connected journey.

Challenge

The main bottleneck was fragmentation. Content, advertising, landing pages and lead follow-up could each work independently, but without a shared system it was harder to understand where enquiries were being lost and how quickly the team was responding.

What we built

The system around the problem.

01Healthcare content across the clinic's active channels
02Meta and Google acquisition for patient demand
03Landing pages and website conversion journeys
04GoHighLevel CRM and multi-stage lead pipeline
05WhatsApp, SMS and email follow-up automation
06Reporting and ongoing conversion optimisation

Approach

Why we made these choices.

We treated patient acquisition as an operating system rather than a media plan. Content and paid campaigns create demand, landing experiences capture intent, GoHighLevel organises enquiries into a visible pipeline, and WhatsApp, SMS and email support faster follow-up. The system is designed to make high-intent services such as aligners easier to track and optimise.

Result

What changed.

The engagement moved from isolated marketing deliverables toward a connected acquisition workflow where campaigns, pages, enquiries and follow-up can be managed through one pipeline. The system continues to be optimised around qualified appointment generation and lead-to-booking conversion.

A connected path from discovery to inquiry, follow-up and appointment instead of disconnected marketing tasks.
