Context
What was actually happening.
Business context
HolyAgro is a local agro brand with an established product business and active Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and website presence. The engagement began with a need to professionalise digital communication and prove that a more structured monthly system could support sales growth.
Challenge
The bottleneck was consistency. Content production, video turnaround, customer communication and sales activity needed clearer ownership and cadence so the brand could move from irregular execution to a repeatable operating rhythm.
What we built
The system around the problem.
Approach
Why we made these choices.
We built the engagement around a full-month execution cycle: plan content in advance, maintain a defined production turnaround, improve customer-facing communication, align campaigns with sales priorities and review performance at the end of the cycle. The work also included process support around the brand's first formal communication hire.

Result
What changed.
The engagement introduced a more professional rhythm for content production and customer communication, with clearer expectations around turnaround, ownership and reporting. The current focus is using that discipline to test and improve digital sales performance over repeated monthly cycles.
A more disciplined digital operating rhythm for a traditional product business moving toward consistent online sales.
